Staff was friendly and helpful .
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The floors were never vacuumed throughout my entire week, leaving me in an unsanitary space. I wasn't informed that housekeeping only comes every three days, leading to returning to a dirty room. When I asked for clean towels, I had to go downstairs to retrieve them myself, only to find them sitting on an unsanitary counter.

I enjoyed the hotel, it was excellent and fairly clean with good location in the best part of town. The room was beautiful, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was a huge bathroom. Location: the venue was adjacent to the airport, and an industrial park. Everything was simply well-maintained.

Unexpected bugs and a warm bed
The beds were surprisingly comfortable, which saved the night after a rocky start. Friendly staff tried their best to make up for delays at check-in.
We faced long delays checking in and encountered a room with broken shades and a troubling amount of dead bugs on the window ledge. The shower also didn't drain properly, leaving us standing in dirty water.

The friendly staff made the check-in process pleasant, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The room was clean, but a bit dated. Pro tip, Arrive early for the breakfast rush to get the best selection!

The location is super close to downtown by car, and they offer free breakfast and parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the fitness room is available 24 hours which was a nice perk. The room was clean and comfy with two queen beds.
